I am Vonda Hollinshead and I’ve been a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania since 2013 and in West Virginia since 2021. I am happy to meet you and glad you are here!

I work with children (age 10 +), teens and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe in our ability to change and that many times we already know the answer to life’s difficulties. I see my role in your journey as holding the space for you to reflect on any thoughts and beliefs which may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can examine on a deeper level what is happening internally and create a plan to find relief.

Individual therapy sessions are offered via telehealth on a secure platform called Therapynotes. You will have access to your own portal where you can log in and complete intake documents and assessments electronically. Telehealth is a great option to connect without the need to take up travel time coming to an office appointment and you can have your session in your own comfortable space.
